An opportunity to pause the everyday ‘busyness’ of life and check in with your Personal Values; what matters most to you, and are you satisfied with the time, effort and energy you’re currently investing in those areas? What are some actions you can take to live a life more closely aligned with those values?

Delve into your Emotional Intelligence Competencies; celebrate your strengths and choose an area you’d like to work on.

Work in pairs to explore areas of concern and identify where you can personally have influence or even control.

Complete the Enneagram Personality Quiz and learn more about your personality type. Are you a Reformer, a Helper, an Achiever, an Individualist, an Investigator, a Loyalist, an Enthusiast, a Challenger or a Peacemaker?

This 5 hour workshop assists you in bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Feedback from previous sessions has consistently highlighted that participants are seeking more time to explore the concepts and ideas with a small group of like-minded people, allowing for a deeper dive into where they aspire to be in life.

Objective: To equip participants with the skills, tools and determination to reset their lives now and for a better future.
